    - salt

    - parmesan cheese/pecorino romano
    - basil
    - parsley
Protein
    - chicken breast/thigh
    - shrimp/salmon/canned tuna
    - eggs
    - turkey meatballs
    - sliced deli pork slices (prosciutto/pancetta)
    - tofu/tempeh

Sauce
    - cottage cheese
    - canned diced tomatoes

Steps

Broccoli Blanching

1. bring salt water to boil
2. boil broccoli for 3 minutes
3. Alt: just fry in salt/pepper/garlic for 5 minutes

Pasta Blanching

1. bring salt water to boil
2. boil pasta for 10 minutes
Sauce

0. blend cottege cheese/greek yogurt (optional add on)
1. saute garlic + chili flakes
2. add diced tomatoes
3. add garnish 1
4. Simmer for 15 minutes
5. add garnish 2
